Brand new cell with very slight wrapper tear. Enough to worry about?

I understand the dangers of a wrapping being torn on a cell, but I'm a little on the fence about this one. This is a brand new k2 energy lfp123a cell, fresh out of the pack. Hopefully you can see it in the photo, but there is the tiniest amount of wrapper that seems to have been torn (the two small marks at the top of the cell). It's near the small metal strip that connects the negative to positive (can't remember name of this).

Would any of you worry about using this cell?

The battery can is electrically connected to the battery, the wrapper provides isolation for that. Small holes may not be a problem because the thickness of the wrapper still keeps the metal away from other metal surfaces.
You can always rewrap the battery, it is easy and cheap to do.

Check to see if it is conductive there using your meter if it bothers you.
