Brightest?

I need to know which bicycle lights are the brightest for the money.

Are the new Nite Hawk LED's the best? I possibly could use a flash light if not too big. I do have a Romisen at 215 Lumen's, but that's not enough light. even two together is not quite enough.

I hear that the bike lights are a wider beam for easyer balancing.

I could really use a chart.

I've got one, works better than anything else I've got, including a 540 lumen homebrew. I advise you buy 2; one for the helmet, one for the bars.
