Brinkmann Q Beam MaxMillion review

This is a 6V spotlight and the best deal I could find after several outings to local stores--I found this at WalMart.

Anyway, at 10FT it measures 65000cd and I suspect the beam is not fully developed even then. It's quite bright and the beam is very narrow, but there is some side spill.

I just bought Mr. Bulk's Vector as a fundraiser for Craig so I can compare the two in a bit.

It's certainly not a UKE D8 in quality and it's about as waterproof as a lump of sugar, but it probably will serve a purpose.

I figured for $31 at WalMart I'd give it a try. The batts are charging. The xtra batt is $11.

At Wal-Mart last Saturday mine was $39.99 regularly $49.99 but in So. Cal. prices tend to be higher than other places.

txwest, they are on sale right now. Got mine today. I'd been looking at them for a while and then noticed the sale today. BTW, be sure to check the box for a batt-got home and no batt. Had to go back and get another light. Apparently someone wanted a light with 2 batts.

rlhess-I'm surprised the prices vary that much. This light has been $39.99 in my store forever.
