Build a sandwich tutorial?

Ok guys,

I need to build sandwiches for 2 MM's.

I have:
2-R2K stars
2-Badboy 500's
2-printed circuit boards

What else do I need and how do I do this?

Is there a tutorial somewhere that I'm missing?

I have never seen a completed sandwich, so I'm not sure what the actually feel/look like in 3D.

I'm a serious newbie on this stuff!!

Check out kj's tutorial
Remember to solder the 4x alignment hole, other wise you'll get expoxy oozing out.

add:
- 2-ton epoxy
- Artic Alumina epoxy (to glue the emitter), or you can use Artic Alumina paste
- 2 emitter boards

kj's site is the best guide out there. KevinL's sammie cookbook is also really good. I totally messed up my first sammie so you might want to get spare converter boards. Oh, yeah, there are wiring diagrams in Wayne's site (not the shoppe, the other one).
