Well I'm hard at work and between disasters I've put together a photo light box.
I first got the idea from someone @ spyderco forum.
I was able to take pics of some lights, knives and pipes.
Tonight, when I get home, I'll put them on the puter and see how they are.
I'm hoping for the best.
I always had a prob with sunlight, glare etc. When taking pics.
My Camera is a Vivitar $50 refurb 1.? mp.
Decent when I didn't have one. Now I'm awaiting a Canon A80 for work that I'll appropriate and see if that's what I want for moi.

Light Box:
Large clear plastic storage container 92 quart $5
2 foot fluorescent Day light lamp. T12, 5000k, 92 Color rendering index. $.01 (home depot eliminated all ge lamps as they have an agreement with Philips. Sale)
2 foot fixture magnetic ballast $14
Wire cord for plug in. $3
Grey construction paper $5
I have an 18 inch fixture that I may use. But gotta buy a bulb. for $9. The bulb was why I was in HD. I saw the GE bulbs on sale for $.01 and spent $.34 on 4 footers, 2 footers and a few blacklights.
Hopefully you'll see pics.
Tom
OOPS forgot to add: anyone have ideas to make this better.
