I thought I had tater tots in stock but they were crispy crowns. That'll do.
We had some clearance priced bacon wrapped chicken tenders to try.
That and a few remaining fully cooked large shrimp to go with the crispy crowns.
On a baking sheet I spread the pototo product and brushed a bit of peanut oil on them with a silicone bbq brush.
They call for 24 minutes at 450. The chicken 16 minutes at 450. So the potato product was cooked for 8 then the baking sheet pulled from the oven. The chicken was placed onto the sheet on foil with walls built to keep any juices from getting onto the potatos. Bake another 16 minutes.
Shazam!
A side of apple sauce and about 8oz of Minute Maid fruit punch over ice to wash it down..
Very filling and fairly low in calories.
The chicken was on sale, the shrimp was bogo and so were the Ore-Ida crispy crowns. Fruit punch was also on sale.
