Thanx my friends turkey is my fav meat.. for real you can do so much with it …in a time when even the tubed ground beef is like over 3 bucks a pound . When you can find a meat cheap it’s a good day I bought like 5 turkeys so far.. I’d buy more but it’s limited to 1 bird per transactio .my next step is mashed potatoes
Night before last I had some leftover Chicken Lo Mein (chicken, vegetables, and rice noodles). I added a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter.

You just need coarse salt and a rough cutting board to turn garlic into paste.
you need grass seed and water to make a lawn.

I’m a bit excited my cilantro is sprouted and now has leafs .its so hard to find here . And when found it’s not fresh .. love the stuff . Hope to post a pic of fresh salsa soon. I add so much cilantro
