I love pesto. I don't use it often enough.
I'll occasionally make chicken stuffed with ham and swiss cheese.

Thanx my friends turkey is my fav meat.. for real you can do so much with it …in a time when even the tubed ground beef is like over 3 bucks a pound . When you can find a meat cheap it's a good day I bought like 5 turkeys so far.. I'd buy more but it's limited to 1 bird per transactio .my next step is mashed potatoes

Night before last I had some leftover Chicken Lo Mein (chicken, vegetables, and rice noodles). I added a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter.
Yum yum.

I could have toasted some sesame seeds and added them, but didn't think of it until I was already eating it.

I'm a bit excited my cilantro is sprouted and now has leafs .its so hard to find here . And when found it's not fresh .. love the stuff . Hope to post a pic of fresh salsa soon. I add so much cilantro
