Pretty much, yes. It has some nutrition too but not as much as regular peanuts. I think there's no vitamin E in the peanut flower. They also have almond flour. You can add it to cookie dough just about anything you want to have some peanut flavor in without the nuts themselves.

I put a teaspoon full and some chocolate syrup in vanilla yogurt sometimes.

im stocking up on peanut butter seems to be cheap protien. think dollar tree has best deal may be more per ounce but small jars seem smarter to me

Anything sweet, really. Plus ginger, cinnamon powder, or cacao nibs

• Apple sauce
• Maple syrup
• Diced apples, mangoes, pineapples, etc
• Banana, mashed or diced
• second on blueberries
• Any kind of jelly or preserves
• Caramel syrup
• Orange juice concentrate
