iPhones come with very strong IR filters, androids ear camera filters are weak and equivalent to iPhone front face camera filter.
you would have to 100% disassemble an old phone, take the camera out, disassemble the camera and remove 1 of 6-9 lenses without damaging it. Current cameras have optic image stabilization and are not just a screw-in type garbage from 2005, so you’d have to remove the aluminum cover. It will be a lot of work.
