Can Anyone Identify this flashlight?

Hey all, just joined the forums and I suppose as a newbie I will start off with a picture of a very powerful flashlight

Picture was retrieved from here, basically a comparison of shots:

The pic can be found towards the bottom of the page under "other lights."

Problem is, "Xenon Flash" is so generic, as many flashlights are labelled with a 'xenon flash.'

I'm guessing this is evidently a custom light, but some more detail on it would be nice. Many of the other lights listed are easy to search since they have more in their names

Anyone know what it is?

hehe, or maybe I should just ram my head into a wall now that I am guessing this is probably a flash produced by a camera

I am absolutely certain, that this pic has already been posted in cpf,
because at that time I was playing some computer game (shooter of course), where there is a sequence looking very similar - and I wondered about that, at that time.

That were comparisons of powerful incans, so check at incans.
