can someone post the beam shots of surefire KL1 vs Inova X5T

The E1e+KL1 seems very nice, but how much brighter compare to an inova X5??? coz I already own a X5T and hesitate for the $100 Ele-KL1

KL1 on E2 left, Inova right.

Note that the colours are totally wrong for some really odd reason. My KL1 has a very purple tinted beam and the Inova is not nearly as blue. Infact they are actually quite close in colour with the Inova being whiter.

Also note that not all KL1s are equal. As we have found out, some are purple, some are blue, the odd one is actually white! And the brightness varies from unit to unit too.

If I wasn`t a hopeless light addict I wouldn`t go near Luxeon technology yet. It`s too unstable.

I just bought myself a KL3

It's HUGE on my already big D3

The KL3 put out a prefectly centered/shaped beam
BUT, quite blue...

It's VERY bright compare to my InovaX5T

When X5T holds max. brightness for 5-6hrs, surefire KL3 with 2 cell can hold 4.5hrs max., it seems that the KL series gives more light per battery
