Can Endicia postage labels be scaled?

Someone sent me an Endicia return shipping label as a PDF for me to print out myself, but when I do, the label gets cut off because of my printer margins.
Are these allowed to be scaled or will that screw up the postage reader?

Should be an option in the print window under Page Scaling to "Shrink To Printer Margins". I've scaled shipping labels with bar codes and never had a problem.

I believe they can be - it should be just like a barcode reader, which can read a large variety of sizes. Plus, they have to allow for some scaling, as not all printers have the same margins to which they print. I think if you're good, as long as you stay within +/- 10-20% :shrug:
