What's the battery's specified voltage? What kind of battery is it?

If you mean 800mAh (with the 'h' to indicate its capacity), then yes, you can charge it with your Pila IBC. LiPo cells can be treated similarly to Li-Ion (LiCo) ones for charging purposes.

Obviously, you'll need suitable connectors to wire the cell to the charger.

Yes i meant mah, thank you. About how long will it take to charge?

The Pila IBC charges at 600mA per bay, so reckon on ~90 mins if the cell is empty (but you shouldn't let these cells drain to empty).

600ma is under the 1C charging spec so it sounds good.

Can the pila bays be paralleled to charge a larger lipo?

Inadvisable - I'm not sure how the charger's electronics would like that. You'd do better to get yourself a hobby charger for larger cells, unless you are prepared to put up with longer charge times.
