Can someone name this light

It was in the late 80s I had when I was a kid.
It looked like a drinking jar lol It was molded plastic and the top unscrewed like a the top of a jar. It too was plastic with a cheap plastic window. the circumferenc ...mmm maybe 4 to 5 inches.

Maybe this may help more. The battery was like a a big rectangled thing with springs popping up lile a big 9v or some other voltage. 12v? like a big ol eveready.

You're talking about what I would call a "billy can" lantern. It's a lantern not a flashlight.

Takes a standard 6V 4F lantern battery, and uses a 4.8V PR globe.

marduke has alot of answers. I found a 1987 youtube showing the dolphin but thats not it.. That thing floats too. It was a bit bigger but similar,

Here is one other crazy specific detail. The on/off swith was a cone shaped rubber boot. The Black rubber cone was about a half inch tall.

Icotorana I checked the pics and not the same, but you are right about it being a lantern. It did not have a stand though and more resembled a dolphin... Im thinking this thing might have been some cheap no name thing my father picked up some where. Ill have to question him further.
