Can somone help me about this charger?

its "SANYO NC-MQS02 15min. Super Quick Charger", I got it from a friend, but he had lose the specification, where can i got it ?

The 15 min chargers are usually very hard on batteries,too high a charge current.

I am afraid I can't agree with U about high current charging, in fact temperature is the real killer for batteries.
