Can the M60 run on 1 Cr123?

Can the M60 run on 1 Cr123? if so how much duller will it be?(noticeable difference)?

Extremely noticeable. A XR-E direct driven on 1xCR123 is quite dim.

If you want to use a single cell, look at the M30

Would be a very noticeable difference, with steep drop in output. Don't do it unless for emergency uses.
