Both OR & Precision Works will get the job done & in absolute great standard.
OR usually will have to wait till they reach a minimum quantity before they start but they are reasonably priced.
PW turn over rate is faster but is slightly pricier

It will be more economical to get already 18650 made body because you can resell your untouched body.
