I liked everything about my Powerex MH-C9000PRO except it didn't remember your last settings, so I had to reconfigure the charge settings every time I used it. I like to charge at 1/2 C and will be using Eneloop batteries. 4 charge slots are plenty as this will mostly be used to charge batteries for my Quest 3 controllers and remotes.

So, with that in mind, what do you recommend? I don't want to lose any of the functionality the C9000 gave me and it kind of looks like Powerex isn't the same quality that they used to be, but I could be mistaken. I don't like the front facing display though. Remembering my last charge settings would be a huge pro.

What's your budget? If you can afford it, the SkyRC MC3000 is the best out there.

Take a look at the higher end Xtar chargers. I have the VX4 which replaced my Powerex MH-C9000 Pro, but you'd lose some features e.g. independent configuration of channels, refresh etc. The Xtar Dragon VP4L will give you most if not all functions, plus lithium chemistry. Again I don't know if channels are independent or have to all do the same thing i.e. charge, discharge or capacity test. There's also a nice Vapcell mixed chemistry charger.

My Powerex was 14 years old when I sold it for a decent sum, and still going strong. But I didn't need four chargers, and I use mainly lithium cells.
