Car Charger - 16340's

Is there a recommended car charger for 16340's?

I'd love to have at least one 2 bay charger to put some AW's or UltraFire's in while I'm on the road/in the field.

Do we really want to charge lithium inside the car? isnt it dangerous with fabrics and stuff?
