Carging voltage and A for 18650 batteries

I have just orded some

AW 2900 18650 batteries for a new flashlight

and some

AW IMR 1600 18650 batteries for my headtorch.



What is the ideal charging voltage? and initral current (for times I need a fast charge and when I am happy with a slow charge to preserve battery life) for these 2 battery types.

Expecting the batteries soon and I am not sure what settings my hobby charrger should be on.
