I need to find a replacement cell phone for a friend in Cambodia, which one do I need to get? What specific models. Unlock/Lock? I need to find off Ebay.
They were using Nokia, don't know the specific model.

Thanks, and BTW, I love this forum. Everybody here is great. There seems to be so many diverse people who always help answering things.

Well, from my limited research. I found a few Nokia 6820 on Ebay, and its the GSM range listed for the country. I hope it works, by swapping the sim card from old cell phone to this one.

For most of the world, GSM band is 900/1800 MHz. Only in northern Americas and certain countries uses 1900 for the GSM band. Best if you can get triband mobile, 900/1800/1900.
You need to make sure that the mobile is not SIM locked, i.e the mobile only allows you to attached to a certain operator's network and no others.
