Changes @ Lummi

Heres a question, will you ever introduce custom engraving, how difficult would it be to implement this into the manufacturing.

Not viable at the machine shop at this time.

Alasdair, I figure you are waiting for the Wee NS.?
You can most likely see that I am in the later stages of the production process right now.
I am hopeful to finally have these ready to dispatch in a weeks time.

3 weeks? It was '3 weeks' back in January.

I realise how hard it is to manufacture and deliver. It's the business I'm in myself, but surely you can see that after 7 months I might be a little bit annoyed?

Would you rather give my money back and get rid of me, or are you confident of making a delivery shortly? There are no other options.

Agreed, this has gone on far to long. I am extremely pleased to say that this is nearly all over for guys waiting for Wee NS's / SS/ & Ti's. As you can see from above posts these are actually almost complete & I would really appreciate it if you could just give me a little longer for your Wee NS to be finished. I have some more pics of the 2nd Op on the Wee Tail cap. I am at the machine shop this afternoon & hope to see the milling Ops begin.

That's great to hear, if now you say that the Raw Ti's will follow immediately behind, I'll be personnally even more pleased!!! :poke:

As somebody who has had levied some criticism at Rob in the past, I am very pleased to see things progressing as they are. I really enjoy the pictures, please keep them coming. 😀

Nice machine work!

It would be great to know what the music was for the dance. However, I don't think it will catch on!

I've been waiting 6 months too. I'm getting a little frustrated with no real ETA on lights.

Good luck all. I have not posted since my experience about 6 months ago. I thought this info was relevant to all potential buyers. I waited about 11 1/2 mos for my Raw and Wee (without trits). They finally arrived after many, many email exchanges. Not a good way to do business, unless potential buyers are informed in advance of the possible problems. In my case, and in many in the threads that followed Lummi, he had emails every month or two about the situation and always said the lights would be mailed in about two weeks, which never happened. So to all...caveat emptor.

Just a note to say how much I appreciate the Lummi operation. I still get daily use and enjoyment out of my Wee Ti after several years - on the original battery! To put it plainly, it is a gift and a treat to have someone who loves lights this way, and lavishes so much on our prized toys. It's like most enterprises that are truly worth doing - NOT EASY, and not a road to riches!

So there are a lot of us who appreciate it!

Back on topic...
Changes seem to go slooooowlyyyy
Rob, please, show us something to dream of
