Long time reader, first time poster.
I'm using the Sanyo battery charger MQNO5U with several batteries including Sanyo's own Enloop.
Whenever I use the charger, the whole room has a very strong plastic smell and I've pinpointed it to the charger and not the batteries - whole charger has a very strong plastic odor even while not in use.
I'm trying to get another charger, possibly the BC-700 and I would like to hear from other users how's this charger with the plastic 'emissions'
Since I can only buy it online, there is no other way for me to verify this and also there is almost little or no chance of returning the item if buying it online.
In case other chargers fare better, I'd love to hear any other recomandations as well.
