Cheap 18650 Batteries and a Charger?

I have basically the same question and was wondering if the Ultrafire WF-188 Charger is worth a look?

You say one or two cheap IMO get one good one better than two chances of burning your house down
Chargers if you can solder E/Bay has some good 1amp single cell boards for like $2.00 shipped USB powered just solder leads to battery holder or magnets

Depending what country you are in, DX shipping can take a while however.

build yourself a brick cove to keep the batteries and charger
in, that way if it flames up it won't burn your house down. seriously, do it.

I decided to go with the Xtar WP2 II charger.

XTAR WP2-II and XTAR 3100mAh 18650. The Nitecore i4 is a good bet as well.
