Cheaper Zebralight SC600 alternative?

Must have:

1. Similiar in output, running a 1x18650 or even 2xCR123's
2. Similar size (for EDC purposes)
3. Similar XML emitter
4. Less than the 90+ dollar price tag (at most 60-75 bucks)
5. Made by a relatively good manufacturer of flashlights.

Any thoughts guys?

I have a P-Rocket in neutral and I love it. The Shiningbeam Blaze is another option, higher quality still great output. I think the price was a little higher, but they're out of stock right now so I can't see the price. Here's the thread on CPFMP:

I know the P-rocket is at least water resistant, it's been rained on and dropped in a puddle with no problems, but I haven't done any full submersion tests. It does come in neutral. That's what I have, and it's great.
