Wow , put this knife to the rope so many times ..
This time it's 1500 grit VS 180 grit
And the trend continues .
On poor steel , 180 grit is better than a polished edge .
Still cant beat out the 420 steel Herbertz ..
$16 420 beats out $125 D2 :huh:
:shakehead This is a very bad knife trend ! 
Value for money index = $125 divided by 120 slices = $1.04 per slice ! ( That's very bad value for money )
