Clean and Lube

What is everyone useing to clean there lights and lube there seals?

I use a towel and compressed air (from a can)to clean them, and a water proof (fresh and salt water) lube gel from radio shack pt# 64-2326. It actually makes the o-rings spin in their grooves as you turn the parts. It stays in place and doesn't seem to attract as much dust as other lubes.

I use the Radio Shack lube as well. Good stuff.
