Did you try calling Surefire? They will in all likely hood ship you a new clip.

One will be shipped straightaway to you if you call SureFire CS as rycen said.
Be sure not to loose that little black plastic wedge now! They don't shipped that with the replacement clip unless you ask for it.

You should call SureFire. If it breaks - they'll fix it.
(BTW, the clip is designed to break (just like the Lanyard) to prevent you becoming caught on whatever the flashlight has become caught on)
