I don't know if this counts or not, but 2 days ago my father-n-law brought me a Coleman propane 2 mantle lantern. Not sure what the candlepower rating is on this thing, but it's definitely bright enough to suit me as a camping/emergency lantern.

So can I count this with the rest of the lights in my collection? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

No mention as to what a lantern's "emitter" has to be on this part of cpf. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I for one, would like to know more about it if you would like to share that info and eventually some pics. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Well it's pretty basic. I have been playing with Coleman Fuel and Coleman propane based products for years. It's great hardware for camping and other wilderness activities.

I think my father-n-law bought me one and him one for power outage type emergencies.

Here's some links about it....

There's not much technical info about it, but it sure gets the job done. Only draw back is indoors you have to keep the room ventilated so that you don't have to worry about carbon monoxide.
