hello everyone, new to the forum and pretty much led's, i have a small conductor lamp that i use on the railroad for switching boxcars, anyways its made byStreamline Products out of Missiouri, it runs on 2 D batteries, and has a spot screw-in e10 and a round screw-in e10 bulbs, the spot i need for riding cars into tracks too see greater distances and the more 360 for giving lamp signals to the engineer and for reading switchlists. so i would like suggestions on which e10 screw-in bulbs to get and from where please? like i said i need a good spot for distance and a good wide beam for giving signals to the engineer who could be upto 1000 feet away, thanks again guys, any help is appreciated.

Welcome to CPF. Maybe the guys over in the Lantern section of CPF would be able to help a little more. I did a google search for e10 bulbs and came up with bulbtown.com
Maybe they have something for you...good luck. That sounds like a cool light..is it old?

:welcome:

I don't have any answers to your questions, but please post some pictures of your lamp, if possible. I'm a railfan so I'd love to see it, especially if it has nicks, dings, and scratches from a life on the rails!

Oh how I would love to put a wand on my 6P and call it good...

Kick 'em!

lyon,

Is this the lantern you're referring too?
