Arrived, today and it is great, the switching mechanism is even better than my Spy005 and I thought that would not be possible!

beautiful pictures jeffb!

Anyone notice that if you look deeply into the machined surfaces of the
body, you can see tiny little red and green "rainbows" that follow the machining. It's quite stunning.

Truly beautiful photos of a stunning light!

I still can't help myself- I catch myself stealing glances. Holding it in my hand, tactile, it is amazing. A piece of industrial art.

I haven't seen the rainbows yet, but haven't looked. Pretty cool!

Beautiful light, superb pictures, but I would not trust $1000 worth of Ti to that flimsy .50 cent lanyard...:whoopin:Lanyarded surgically to my wrist bone via retractable Ti wire of some sort would be more like it...

You can make out the rainbows up close and at this angle..It was really
tough to get them to show up as they are very faint, but present on the
whole light. my guess is the machining process was hot enough to slightly
heat anodize it. It looks absolutely amazing! I have not put the light down
since receiving it.

sorry for the blurry pic, but had to get closer than macro mode could
focus to see the anodizing effect.
