Could I mod the Streamlight Firebox to HID?

I ran across these on Amazon and really like the look/function. The only problem that I see with going to HID is that the bulb they use is a bi-pin. Well that and the 6V SLA, although batteries would be easy.

So does anyone know anything about these? Would it be possible to upgrade to HID easily? What type of bulb would I have to use? Thanks

The problems are

Mounting the bulb, convert from bi pin, then focus it decently

Reflector size, I cannot tell how big it is but it looks pretty shallow for a long HID bulb

Overall size, whatever your battery solution is it also needs to be small enough to make room for a ballast.

You said batteries are easy so I guess you got that taken care of.
