Usually buying the correct size lithium cell to put in your light will help.

It would be a 16500 16mm diameter, 50mm long cell. I don't think anyone makes one of those.

You might be better with a 14500 (AA sized) cell.

That's kind of a weird light. It is made so that no cell will fit very well without an adapter. You might be able to find a standard PVC tube to fill the gap between an AA or 14500 and the inner diameter of the body.

You have the link? Is it different bodies or a spacer?

Oveready makes sleeves and spacers for exactly what you want. They have a 15mm spacer that is 16mm wide. They also have sleeves if you dont want your 14500 to rattle.

Peak makes sleeves and adapters, too, but they are specifically for their Logan 17500, which they made adapters so that all battery types 17500 and under will work. I can measure them when I get home.

Oveready has a 15mm spacer.
Thanks, I like the sc80 style because I don't have to remove it and store it somewhere when using a different battery.
