TigerhawkT3 Flashlight Enthusiast Joined Jul 2, 2006 Messages 3,819 Location CA, 94087 Jun 25, 2007 #2 Judging by the "3.6-9V" spec and the pics showing a pair of 18650s, I'd say that you could technically use 2-3xCR123A or 2x16340, but you'd have to use a dummy cell, or find a shorter body tube. 2x18650 should give pretty good performance anyway.
