Anyone can tell me the difference between a WD and WC BIN of a P4 Cree emitter?

Is the WC bin whiter? Thanks

Hi snipinglight,
WC bin is cooler to the eyes than WD bin. WD is slightly softer. Compare it to XO and WO Luxeon bins, where XO=WC and WO=WD.

I feel dumb asking but can someone explain "cooler" "warmer" "softer" in relation to LED tint. I understand BLUE GREEN YELLOW etc if that will help someone explain.

Cooler color temperature is toward the blue end of the visible spectrum. Blue and purple are cool. Warm is toward the red end of the spectrum, but isn't red. Yellow and green are warm.
