CREE office's

I live in Santa Barbara, Ca. or Goleta for anyone in Socal well i was driving the other day and see this office building with the name CREE on it and it having the CREE logo next to it

does anyone know what this is office is for? maybe i can go in there and ask them if i can prototype the R bin for them or something
