I have bought some standard LED from him before and everything was fine.
He has not answered some questions I asked however.
I asked him to confirm what bin the XR-E were as he only states Max lumens and the max lumen at 350 ma does not agree with the max lumen at 700ma.
I would be happy to buy from him if I knew I was getting a P4 bin LED

I would rather pay extra to know what flux and chromaticity I was getting.

These could be N4 or P2. The specs listed are for a Q3 (100.4 lumens at 350mA) and I doubt anyone would sell Q3's for that cheap.

Ordered from them once. Took about 2 weeks process and shipping to me here in the US. Tried emailing and asking them questions, but never got a response. I saw the Crees there like a last week, but I too wish they'd say what bin they have...
