Briefly, I was looking into a manufacturer to make for me a high capacity (2400MAH) battery stick equivalent to a SF B90.

I found a few who would do it, but it would require the use of the parts from old B90's. I guess the positive nipple on a B90 is hard to come by, and tends to be destroyed when removed (because it's TAC-welded to the positive end of the battery).

I'm down to two companies that may be able to do it. My initial order, if it works out, would be for 10 dano-B90's. Price per stick is till unknown, but has been hocering around $25.00, which is roughly double of a stock B90...but mine will work!

I want it too! Do they make stick for stinger and ultrastinger too?

A B90 will work in the Stinger/XT.

Stinger batteries don't work very well in my 8X. You lose the constant on function due to the lower height of the positive terminal.

Dano, 1 for sure. However, I don't have any spare B90 parts.

Heck, Surefire should have tons of semi-used B90 parts from all their defective battery packs.
