Will,

A copper host sounds great!

As stated previously, 1D length to fit a 26650 cell, with stock spring length and stock switch, with the flat cell switch mod and tower removed.

Paypal for $90 on way as we speak.

Many thanks
Stephen

Well, I got a little bit extra time today, and finished your host. So it goes out to you in the next couple of days 😉

Will,

Just a quick message to let you know that the Mag host arrived safely today.

Threads are just as clean as they look in the pictures, and the cap screws in very smoothly - really high quality work.

Thanks again.

First class job
Thank you 😱

Package left towards you on Wed via USPS Priority Mail. Please do let me know when it arrives 😉

Can't wait to see mine 🙂
I have your host on stock, and should be able to work on it this weekend 😀

You don't have to wait much longer - it leaves towards you this Monday 😉

Since this new host came with the Torx screw, I swap it for a "normal" one - that way you only need a standard hex key:
DSCF5127.JPG

Cut tube to length - extra short since we are doing the tailcap mod:

Clean the edge:

Thread and cut the o-ring bevel edge:

Internal boring for 4xAA battery adapter:
DSCF5152.JPG

Note the end of the battery adapter is into the threaded area:
DSCF5156.JPG

The spring seats about 0.6" deeper into the tailcap, which allows the main tube/body to be shorter:

All done:

Here is yours in the middle, with 4 more hosts available for immediate sale, all cut extra short for use with 3xAA or 4xAA adapters, and with the body grooved:
