As stated previously, 1D length to fit a 26650 cell, with stock spring length and stock switch, with the flat cell switch mod and tower removed.

Well, I got a little bit extra time today, and finished your host. So it goes out to you in the next couple of days 😉

Here is your host in the middle:

Trimming to length:

Cleaning up the raw edge:

Prepping the area for the threads:

Cutting the thread relief area:

Testing threads - not yet!

Now we are good:

Cutting edge to protect o-ring:

Threads polished and cleaned:

Doing the grooves in the head:

Touch-up the sharp edges with a file:

Internal boring for 4xAA adapter with a solid carbide boring bar and PCD-tipped insert:

Quick check with an actual 4xAA adapter:

Since this new host came with the Torx screw, I swap it for a "normal" one - that way you only need a standard hex key:

Cut tube to length - extra short since we are doing the tailcap mod:

Clean the edge:

Thread and cut the o-ring bevel edge:

Tailcap mod:

Internal boring for 4xAA battery adapter:

Note the end of the battery adapter is into the threaded area:

The spring seats about 0.6" deeper into the tailcap, which allows the main tube/body to be shorter:

All done:

Here is yours in the middle, with 4 more hosts available for immediate sale, all cut extra short for use with 3xAA or 4xAA adapters, and with the body grooved:
