{Dealextreme.com} TrustFire TR-001, All-in-One Charger (sku.4151)

I have bought the TrustFire TR-001 "All-in-one charger" (sku.4151), which can handle 10430/10440/14500/16340 /17670/18650 Li-Ions. Generally, it's a nice loader, but it always stops at ~4.06V. I have tested Ultrafire-, Trustfire- and AW-cells. If I leave the batteries in the charger after the green light flashes, something like a tickle loading seems to push the voltage very slowly higher. :thinking:

Now I have bought the Ultrafire WF-139 loader as a replacement. It loads a lot faster and stops at ~4.20V.

Have you tried this?

take it off the charger, and use it for a moment in a light (like just a second) then retest the voltage of the cell.

I have some 18650s that come off the charger at 4.00V every time, but when I somehow "toggle" something to change in the protection circuit by running them for a moment, they immediately read 4.200V. go figure.

No, not exactly this scenario. I will try. But it sounds VERY curious. On the other side, my Ultrafire WF-139 works fine without tricks.
