Different Eneloop chargers

I would like to buy eneloop batteries along with the eneloop charger. I found this and this charger, they cost the same. I don't see any difference except the packing? Which one shall I order?
Are these 2-channel "smart" chargers? (I often need to charge just one AA battery)

Hi Daniel: I have one of the MDR02 chargers bought here in the USA and it is an independent smart charger that will do 1 or two batteries. Also has temperature sensors to terminate the charge on dT/dt. I am very pleased with mine. I cant speak to the MDR03. Jerry

which explains the difference -
apparently the MDR-03 is supplied with an UK ac cord.
