Do I need to add a resistor to this configuration?

I have some old 1W Luxeons I wanna use laying around. I plan to put them in M@gs 3Ds. If I remember correctly they're binned "P3LW." So I would run them DD on 3 D cells. Do I need any resistors or it should run fine??

I would think these would be ok dd.
How many do you have?
modamag has some 3x3 star heatsinks in mod bst that could really make those look good and useful.
