I'm wanting a LED flashlight that looks like a high power halogen flashlight. Do they exist? I can not stand 6500K light. I'm looking for 4300K max.

Yep, they exist.
Malkoff M61W and M31W come to mind, in your choice of body. Pelican and Streamlight also have some options in their Correct Color and ColorRite lines respectively.

Some emitters go down to 2700k that I know of, but start looking pretty yellow. The Nichia 519a is very popular, and comes in different tints. I just got one with 4500K and it is a very nice neutral.

I should have been more detailed but was tired when I made the post.

Price range no more than $50

Brightness probably 350 lumens or more

First preferred brand would be MagLite but IIRC 100% of their LED offerings are 6500K. (My current daily flashlight is a MagTac).

Preferred battery is CR123a since I already have rechargeable LiFePo2's.

Size needs to be comparable to a MagTac for daily pocket carry.

In the meantime is there some kind of stick on film filter that I can put on my MagTac to knock the color temp down some?

Edit: just checked MagLite's site (been years since I've visited it, looks like they do offer warm white in a new spectrum line but they don't appear to have any of the brighter flashlights in that line nor any CR123a models.
