Does a KL3 fit on the body of an L7?

Just a real quick compatibility question, the title says it all. I am asking because the Surefire websites "compare items" tool says that the L7 can use a KL3 and a KT1 (which I know the KT1 is wrong since it is actually the KT5 that works on it since the L7 body is the same body as an 8AX) so my question really is that will a KL3 work on the body of an L7

The L7 uses the same body as the 8AX Commander, which has very course larger diameter head threads. The answer would be, no.

The Suefire comparison chart only notes that the KL5 bezel (head) is 1.47" in diameter, and the KL7 bezel is 1.47" in diameter. No notation about threads, or interchangeability with different bodies.

The L7/8AX/8NX use the KT5 TurboHead Kit.

1.47" diameter bezels include: M2, 8X, 8AX/8NX/L7 (KL7), KL3, L5 (KL5), U2/K2 etc and use the FM6x BeamFilters.
