Even if you have big hands, you can't hold the US like this and have contact with the switch, even with your pinky. (Photo from Streamlight web site)

So why is the officer holding it this way? Did he first activate it, then slide his hand back? If I hold my US overhand with my hand right up near the head it works fine, but not in the middle of the barrel. Perhaps the photo is just for show?
