It has a swivel neck, runs on two C cells, and has three red LEDs on the tail section. A slide switch on the barrel selects the LEDs steady-on, the main lamp blinking at about a 2Hz (around 2 blinks per second) rate, the LEDs and main lamp steady-on together, and main lamp steady-on.
The flashlight is approximately 10.5" long with the neck extended to horizontal (so the light head is aimed forward with the barrel). In the above picture, the head was swivelled to 90°; it swivels over approximately a 100° range, with detents along several positions.
I'm guessing this was made sometime in the late 1970s.
I already sent several pictures of this to The Flashlight Museum, and they didn't know what it was. Maybe somebody here at CPF knows.
