Does anybody offer a 35/55 watt ballast?

I recently had a minor stroke when I realized how cheap HID ballasts/bulbs have become. I've got at least 4 cars to convert, a boat, some spotlights...I could go on. As I understand it, most of the 50/55 watt ballasts simply overdrive a 35w bulb, is this correct? If so, are there any relatively cheap chinese suppliers of HID ballast that can do both 35 and 55 watts?

Yes there is DDM Tunning is having a sale right now for $40 a kit. 2 ballasts, wiring and two Hid bulbs. They claim their bulbs can go to 60 watts, they have 35 watt kits and 55 watt kits.
