Does the AMC7135 driver need to be heatsinked?

Hey guys, I am planning on putting one of those multi level AMC7135 drivers inside my Ultrafire C2 and was wondering if the driver needed to be heatsinked? I have read that there were some instances where people have used these drivers, not the multilevel ones, and have had them burn out due to heat over extended usage. I plan on running the light only on 18650s after the driver switch. I just wanted to make sure if this was confirmed or not? And if this driver did need some heatsinking, what would be the best way to do that? Thanks guys.

THere are many variables that can effect this (input voltage/current, the type of LED...). I would hook your components up on the work bench and feel the driver board. If it gets hot I would heatsink it, if it stays cool after a reasonable amount of time I don't think you need to.
