Does the M3T really outthrow the M3?

Im just wondering if the M3T really has that much of a difference compared to the M3 itself. Does the turbohead really do what it is designed to?

yeah, ive compared it myself as well, it evidently is tighter for sure...

But the throw, does a tighter beam signify longer throw?

50% greater range. 125 yards for the regular head, 175 yards for the turbohead. These are max-range figures, both eyes open. Cut them in half if you close one eye when you shoot. Although I have them all, this is the only high-power Surefire that I USE because of it's extreme versatility. MN10, MN11, MN15, MN16, M3T+A-19 & the MN60 OR MN61, M3T+A-19 & the N62, KL2, KL6.
