Re: Does the mailman have my LS20?

NICE!
Apparently, the guy who separates the mail for all of the offices in the building (roughly 40 floor building) has mine. My mail room has not seen it, but they checked with the PO, and it is not there.
Oh well, hopefully tomorrow. I'll live vicariously through you tonight, Griff.

Edit: The mailroom just told me that the above mentioned gentleman does NOT have my light, nor does the post office. I don't doubt that I will see it tomorrow, but that won't stop me from worrying about it tonight.

The mailman has my thanks. :D

Darkness cannot come soon enough...

Just out of curiosity how does one go about ordering one of these and what is the cost. I might like to possess one or be possessed by one. After reading some of these threads I am not sure which is the correct one.

Look at the stickies in the Mcgizmo sub-forum, and it will tell you all about how these are ordered. You have to wait for him to announce the "wave." They are all gone, and cost $500.

Or instead of trying to "catch a wave" (ordering one) you can post a WTB (want to buy) in the B/S/T Custom and Mod forum

...what is the cost?

The cost on most of these lights will be $500.00+

Try and figure out what your illumination needs or actual uses might be before you jump in. Do you need a light for close up work? A thrower for illuminating objects at a distance? A walking around light for use at night / dark areas? How are you going to carry it? In a holester? Clipped to a belt? Inside a pants pocket? Around your neck on a lanyard?
